From 1 PM to 4 PM, guests are welcomed into a luminous outdoor setting, where time seems to slow. The buffet is thoughtfully curated: seafood displayed on ice, delicate vegetable compositions, warm dishes prepared to order, and a collection of desserts that revisit the flavors of late October. Each element respects the character of the ingredient, allowing taste to speak without embellishment. The atmosphere is serene, measured, and graceful.

This brunch has been designed to bring generations together.
